Talking about sexuality can be a helpful way of understanding ourselves intellectually but it rarely leads us to our fullest potential as erotically alive beings.

When we take the time to feel and witness all emotions and sensations, we come to a place of opening, where guided breath, sound, movement and touch can support us to re-discover what it means to be truly alive.

Drawing from a variety of modalities such as somatic sex education, ancient Temple Arts, shamanism, reiki, breathwork and intuitive massage, I offer alternate methods for engaging and regulating our nervous systems, deepening the body awareness and cultivating sensuality.

With intention and ongoing practice, we find freedom from sexual shame, reclamation of desire and the expansion of our erotic capacity.
