Vulnerability shows up in many facets of our life. T
o be vulnerable means letting go of control…the appearance of being perfect.

To truly drop into our power invites us to explore this even further. This often means surrendering to feelings of shame, fear and unworthiness.

And by exploring and moving through those feelings, it also has the ability to bring us back to our birthright of pleasure, joy, creativity and leads to a more authentic connection to self, others and life.

A short introduction to the tantric laws of trust and intimacy... developing a deeper awareness of Self in relation to Other to form more authentic connections with all those around you.

You will have the opportunity to observe how you show up in all areas of your life; where you act from social conditioning, or from your own inner truth.

Through embodiment practices and playful exercises, you will have to opportunity to explore various ways to tap into your inner Knowing and trust the wisdom of your body.

SOMATIC SALSA! 🔥 🔥🔥

Following right on the heels of the recent pop up SOMATIC MOJO workshop, I am collaborating with yet another beautiful being Anne Kadamani, to bring together:

The sexiness of the salsa with the awareness of self.

This will be a casual and fun evening of introductory salsa lessons, where we drop into our sensuality to explore our embodied self expression through music, movement and dance.

We’ll explore how clear communication, and the energetic awareness of ourselves and others creates a beautiful space from which to move through life… be that on the dance floor or your day-to-day.

And above all, it will simply be a fun and sexy way to spend a few hours with friends!

SOMATIC MOJO

This spontaneous offering is a beautiful combination of Johanna’s work as an Embodiment Coach & Sacred Sexuality Practitioner (SOMATIKA) and Jo-jo’s role as an Ecstatic Dance Facilitator (DARK MOJO).

With your TRUST and SURRENDER, we invite you to step out of your comfort zone and push and explore some of your personal boundaries and beliefs.
